Building Opening Team

Help us create a welcoming environment each Sunday by serving on our Building Opening Team. This behind-the-scenes ministry ensures our church is ready to receive members and guests before Bible classes and worship begin.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Building Opening Team members serve on a rotating schedule and arrive before others on Sunday mornings to prepare the building for the day. Responsibilities include:

• Arrive to have the building fully open by 7:30 AM, when worship and A/V teams begin to arrive.

• Unlock designated exterior and interior doors.

• Turn on lights throughout the building.

• Ensure classrooms, hallways, and common areas are ready for use.

• Report any maintenance or safety concerns.

No special experience is required, just a servant's heart and a willingness to help serve our church.
