Lights, Camera, Trunks!
Our annual Harvest Party is back at Family Promise, and this year we're rolling out the red carpet!
We’re bringing together families from Family Promise, Midland Fair Havens, SafePlace, and Buckner for a night filled with trunks, games, food, and plenty of fun. Our theme this year is Lights, Camera, Trunks!—a movie, TV, and entertainment theme that gives our trunk decorators lots of room to get creative! (did we mention we'll have awards this year!)
More than just a fun night, Harvest Party is an opportunity for us to love our neighbors and create a joyful, welcoming experience for families in our community.
We need volunteers to:
Decorate and host a themed trunk
Help with games and activities
Help serve food
Welcome and serve families throughout the evening
Whether you're ready to go all-in on a movie-themed trunk or just have a couple of hours to serve, there's a place for you!
Come help us roll out the red carpet and show our community what it looks like to love like Jesus.
Contact Ryan Rampton if you have any questions.
