Being Changed by Knowledge

This is the first lesson in an important sermon series reviewing our church vision: “Being Changed by God to Love Like Jesus.”  The series is structured around our spiritual formation zones and will encourage all of us in our practices and habits. The first zone is “Knowledge.” Knowledge about God is never just for the sake of information. Knowledge is intended to change us, to transform who we are. According to the Bible, knowledge is to understand and grasp what God is doing in the world through Christ, and then to act on it, to join it, to live into it.
